Precision CNC Machined Parts

Zetford can manufacture precision valves, pulleys, couplings, pins, shafts, bushings, sleeves, rings, rollers, collars, pipe fittings, fasteners etc. We regularly machine parts from Hot Forgings, Bar Stocks & Castings. We also do machining services upon the customer gives the raw material. The CNC Turned parts are produced with high precision, excellent surface finish and exactly as per specifications given the very first time & every time. Packing is done after 100% gauging & visual inspection as per ISO standards. 

Secondary processes & Inspection:

Zetford after machining process performs all necessary secondary operations on finished/semi-finished parts such as heat treatment, surface treatment etc. The secondary processes are,

• Surface Finishing: Phosphating, blasting, Anodising, Zn & Zn-Ni Plating, Passivation, Alodine, Abrasive blasting, Cd, etc.
• Heat Treatment: Nitriding, Stress relieving by using hardening, Nitriding, and Carburising. Assembly & Integration Services.
